People who dont get the hint

Each of us has one, if not more! A Friend/associate who we don't really want to speak to most of the time, but they ALWAYS seem so sad that you cant bring yourself to tell them FUCK OFF!
How do you handle these people....
A friend of mine (whom I don't mind being around that much) who has only ever met the persons in question twice said each time he sees these people he hears the sad walking away music made famous by the Hulk movie.... LOL
JUST FUCK RIGHT OFF! GO HOME!! YOUR OUT FROM 9AM, not to work... no. TO HUNT FOR SOME FREE WEED!!
WTF IS WRONG WITH YOU! YOUR PARENT HATE YOU COS OF THIS< BUT YOU DON'T WANT TO GO HOME COS YOUR PARENTS HAVE HAD ENOUGH!......
GET A JOB, OR A LIFE AT LEAST!!

Casual Racism....?

WTF IS WRONG WITH PEOPLE!!?? No please someone tell me.....

Imagine this. You are at work, doing your job, having a chat with your fellow colleagues. When one of them, lets call him Bob, who happens to be of duel heritage, states 'Im going away tomorrow', to which the acting supervisor, lets call her FAT BALDING SKET, replies 'why, what did you do, how long for?'. Now the following was not said with full seriousness, but Bob replied 'are you being racist'. Before FBS had time to panic, one of the trainers, lets call him..... Patheticus, approached us (bare in mind the 3 of us he approached are all of duel heritage) and started throwing the term 'Half cast' about. Even after showing him the proper definition  of this term and explained why it cannot be used, he tried to justify what he had said by stating 'casual racism is okay'!!

As you can imagine, this did not go down well, and after a bit of a rant I went outside the office for a smoke, because I was mere seconds away from throwing a fist into this guys chubby little face.

There where other things mentioned in this 'conversation' that were just plain wrong, such as FBS stating she alright to make such comments as she has mixed race grand children (which I feel sorry for) and that she knows all about racism as..... are you ready for this..... HER EX IS PART OF THE BNP so she knows all about racism. 

WTF is casual racism?? Anyone....? No? 

Further to this a week or so later, an actual supervisor stated 'stuff like that doesn't happen' whilst watching a daytime soap during his lunch break, showing a single African having to watch in fear as her front garden is destroyed and rubbish is forced through her letterbox! Which planet do you live on if you've never come across that type of thing you ignorant fuck!!

Now what kills me the most about all of this 'casual racism' is that if I speak out about it, I'm told to calm down, or I need to watch what I say. Again.... WTF!! Am I really the one in the wrong here buy speaking out about this stuff?? I honestly think I am not, but I am young, and appreciate that I can sometimes be rash!! BOLOX!! I AM NOT WRONG!! 

I used to be considered obese, does that mean I'm able to comment on FBS' weight? NO! 

I ended up having to keep note of my rants saved as a draft email on the works internal email system, but stupidly I left this open one day, and guess who saw it THE BOSS...... no lol.

SO today after a meeting with the HR officer (who happens to actually be alright) I've been given 5 days of to calm down a bit. 

I cant be wrong.... SURLY!
